At Sinister Joe Coffee, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your experience, and we want our return policy to reflect that as well.

Coffee is perishable and because our beans are freshly roasted to order, we are unable to accept returns on coffee for credit or refund.

If there was an error with your order, physical damage to the package, or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value).

Please contact us at within 15 days of your purchase and our team will assist you with returning the damaged product.
